i'm not sure why i haven't taken advantage of this journal more... but then i haven't been doing much journalling on LJ either.

So... perhaps i need to find a new purpose. :)

i am not certain why, but this has been a rather out of sorts kind of day. i am tired - no, not tired... i feel weary.

i have accomplished some things, though...

First weedwacked the backyard (it was LONG) then mowed the backyard and mowed the side and front yards of our house followed by edging again with the weedwhacker.

Mowed and trimmed my neighbor and dear friends' yard.

Laundry... nearly 6 loads done by the end of the evening, i hope - all folded and put away, including a load of delicates that are hanging on the line outside and need to be brought in soon, i suspect.

My body isn't sore, really, after training aikido twice this week and 2 1/2 hours of yardwork on top of my regular daily workouts.

i have mostly hidden from the family today... laundry and watching movies in the bedroom. Life is what it is.

May tomorrow be better.

This is my new journal. Not entirely sure what i am going to do with this one, but i have some ideas.

i could transfer over my LJ here, just because... or use it as a backup.
i could use this for my food blogging.
i could use this for fiction/poetry writing.
i could use this for my spiritual stuff.

i am not certain, but i do like the name "dreamwidth" - so that is a plus.

In general, i am not spending as much time online as i used to. Which means that odds are this is not going to be updated regularly - although that may change without notice.
